What is evil neither can nor should be loved; for it is not one’s duty to be a lover of evil or to become like what is bad; and we have said that like is dear to like. Must the friendship, then, be forthwith broken off? Or is this not so in all cases, but only when one’s friends are incurable in their wickedness? If they are capable of being reformed one should rather come to the assistance of their character or their property, inasmuch as this is better and more characteristic of friendship. But a man who breaks off such a friendship would seem to be doing nothing strange; for it was not to a man of this sort that he was a friend; when his friend changed, therefore, and he is unable to save him, he gives him up.

iran has done pretty significant damage to burger's ability to conduct interceptions. They've heavily depleted the inventory; destroyed a few of the launchers; and most importantly, been knocking out key radar. It doesn't matter if they're killing soldiers. It matters that they're systematically dismantling the screen

> heavily depleted the inventory
unprovable until actually out, nod an argumend

doesn't matter, if it's not true we will hear it for a decade regardless.
when they're out, they're out, until then it's bullshit unless you're in the loop.

They're using more and more PAC-2 interceptors instead of PAC-3s. They're having to heavily curtail their use of the newer better ones and send up 4 PAC-2s to try to do an interception they were doing with 2 PAC-3s

I tried playing Alone in the Dark, with a video walkthrough. I quit about halfway because I made a mistake involving a saber. I watched the rest of the video though. It might have been fun in 1992 but it was torturous to me. I am sure Myst will be better.

The data center apologists: HURRRR THE WATER DOESN'T JUST DISAPPEAR LIBTARD
OK... so where are you dumping the perfectly clean but now hot water? Right into the aquifer? Interesting. That hasn't been done before, I wonder if there could possibly be any kind of negative second order effect.

The middle part of it is severe recovery for relatively minor activity. Swimming for 30-40 minutes requires 1-2 days of rest before I can do activity. It's even worse if I do two different things two days in a row like hike for an hour or two then swim the day after, I'll be right up against the injury threshold if I do something a third day in a row and very likely to hurt myself.

I HATE this because I never used to be like this. I used to be quite strong and even sore and tired I was more capable than 99% of people. Right now, I am very close to being a cripple again.
