Mai Hime
>Tokiha Mai and her sickly younger brother, Takumi, have received a scholarship to attend the prestigious Fuuka Academy. On the way there, the ferry they are travelling on becomes the site of a destructive battle between two girls wielding apparently supernatural powers. This is only the beginning of their troubles, as Mai learns that she herself possesses these powers — the powers of a HiME.
Mai Otome
>Yumemiya Arika has travelled far in search of her goal — the prestigious Garderobe Academy. This is the school where young girls are trained to become Otome, protectors of royal leaders throughout the lands.
Saturdays 3PM (unless delayed).
Plan is to watch 3 episodes of Mai Hime and 1 episode of Mai Otome and afterwards finish Mai Otome with 4 episodes per week (when Mai Hime is over).

I think they are both excellent shows. Probably the only shows I would ever rewatch in such a short period.
Do you think we should then leave Otome after Hime? If we continue watching it this way I think reverse order would be better (meaning one episode of Otome before 3 episodes of Hime).
