I also hated the other side for its lip service. They talked about socialism but were
capable only of leading the broad masses into misery. They preached heaven on earth and
succeeded only in creating hell. They talked about how they intended to abolish the classes,
and instituted forced labor camps. They were the same liars in socialist areas as the others
were in their national areas.

When I see this type of lazy carper traveling to and fro in Germany, finding things to
criticize here and there, at bottom I almost have pity on the man, because I have to say to
myself: basically you’re quite a pitiful fellow; you don’t even know how splendid it is to
work, and above all you have no idea as to what work there is to do. You loiter about, your
hands clasped behind your back, and complain; you complain about this, you complain about
that, but you have no idea as to all the things that are really happening and all the things that
are still to happen. [-] Our faith in Germany is unshakeable, our will unbounded, and where
will and faith so fervently join forces, Heaven cannot withhold its approval. Then these little
critics, these ridiculous newspaper-scribblers can spray any amount of poison in the other
world, and we can truly say: they will nevertheless fail.

Hence we begin the new Winterhilfswerk. The entire nation shall stand together once
again just as in the years past. The National Socialist Movement and the Party will march at
the fore, and I expect every German of decency and character to join in step with this
column.

It's very bad lately, but the security thing is something I'm hunching and noticing on given what happened with open source and the norks doing recursive blockchain attacks.
France has just said they're forcing linux installs on government computers and the rest of the EU will drag their feet behind them, but its also going to translate in to code quality as well as sabotage with the varying projects associated with open source more common.

The holdover is excel, and I've observed 90%+ of workflows are just using it in the browser now, especially since the native executable version is edging towards the browser anyway.

It's what I've noticed people are using more and more of, and I expect it to continue as a trend due to the silicon shortages going on which is going to force more cloud solutions Sharepoint/Google Workspace over the native application, and there is already a push from Microsoft to use Office in the browser
>use more memory
Storage wise, admins and programmers don't care if it's slow for the drones, they care about having to buy new computers and storage because they ran out of space.

Sort of, I think while Torvalds is still alive the kernel is going to be workable, but there is still the social commons about these things and outright malicious sabotage to interfere with the use of the software components isn't occurring yet to my knowledge.
Subversive backdoors and so on are being added in random places, but it means that for the foreseeable future anon should be compartmentalizing things with vms and encrypted partitions or sneakernetting certain things.
Someone will eventually develop something better, but the fascination of computer programmers is with AI right now and SaaS systems, not operating systems and kernels.

>>129230 #

>the fascination
If you pay attention long enough you see every 4-6 the top talent of the next generation go all in on the next fad in computing, moving up "higher" in the abstraction layer. It worked because the previous generations had jobs and worked to keep the bottom layers going. But with the boomers dying off it's going to be a real problem. People are going to have to work at a lower level in the system. Microsoft and Apple both can't drive popularity a new GUI UI framework that people want to use. The recommendation is to use win32, WPF, winforms, or cocoa / UIKit, stuff that's decades only.
>efficiency is a bad word
Kikes love abstraction and hate C and Go. A language like go should be more popular if people cared about efficiency.
>OS and kernels
My basic idea has been to use the linux kernel as a driver layer and build a new userspace on top of it. I've seen this idea echoed out there recently.

Its going to be a rude awakening and I think part of the push in getting ai to do code for them is related to this. The managerial class wants programmers trained for the next abstraction to monopolize it; going back and fixing things being left to machines is something I assume they're betting on and microsoft has been playing with it given that AI is producing code for windows now.

The only reason it's gaining relevancy is that Linux has working drivers for everything and doesn't break that.

Once the AI bubble pops and training the next "frontier" model becomes cost prohibitive, the vibe coders will have to learn to code for real. Also, the leaks of claude code from a week or two were funny, the AI code was so bad they were burning tons of compute to run the AI code. The AI will duplicate code, create unnecessary functions. I don't know if I'd be so dismissive of it. If it can produce a satisfactory result with scale behind it, then its not useless. The issue is that the machine is replacing things the mind should be doing.

There is still their singularity date, where if given a nuclear reactor of power they can produce a fast thinking super computer to do the ridiculous nonsense they're intent on they'll do it and they don't care how creaky the juggernaut is, they'll proclaim it a wonder and let it be liable for their decisions.

If I tell it to crawl amazon and find objects, it's good at that. I can't trust it to do my job because I can't pass off liability for my work.
That's a matter of pride and ethic, even if its bad I produced my work, and if it's good I made sure everything about it works precisely.
Letting AI write my code for me is irresponsible.

AI would be used less for coding if docs were better. Has anyone else here used MDN or w3schools for JS? JS has so many similar features and the docs are laid out horribly. You can keep most of Go in your head so the only reason to use AI there is for starter ideas, but with JS its often hard to tell what you should be using.

Yeah, it can be a pain. JS is awful and I've always had a serious lack of motivation to use it. Also, best practices around JS keep changing, it's annoying.
AI can be useful for getting library functions.

Anonymous
>>129410 #
Yeah, it's hard. Harder than not eating. Ideally, for gaining muscle, set a protein goal for 1.5-2x grams of protein per lb of bodyweight and then make your meals around that protein goal. Make sure to regularly do very high effort strength exercises, explosivity and hypertrophy and you'll get big so long as you are consistant.

I have found that dairy, chicken, pork and cheese are the best ways to get your protein in without getting stuffed full but whey protein also works, just more filling.

Tbh, you really only need to workout 3x a week to get muscle on your body. Any more and you'll end up breaking your body down faster than building it. Even with 3x a week you'll eventually need to do a deload/recovery routine for a week solid of rest.

If you are worried about starving, you should try to put on as much muscle as you possibly can and use the fat you gain from excess calories. When you need to use those calories from starving, you body will take from fat first and then everywhere else which is a timer for how long you can go with a calorie deficit.

After a certain point, you really should have an idea how much of one thing or another you need to hit your protein goal, anon. I knew after a month of tracking all my meals and planning them out. I need to eat BARE MINIMUM 1lb of beef a day with 1/2lb of cheese of some sort to get my required protein so that I am not sore the next day after a hard workout. I will also have that much protein the day after my workout but with less carbohydrates and it works out.

I can do a similar thing with chicken, eggs, pork, cottage cheese, whey powder, pancakes, yogurt, etc. All of it will vary from one thing to another but for me, a whole pizza with an extra layer of cheese and chicken on top + protein shake would get me to my protein goal when I was more active.

I am working so I can afford things for adventure and while I do have a lot saved up and invested I'm not so rich.
>need hobbies and entertainment
I am socially retarded and work is the only icebreaker I have on a day to day basis. I'm frigid everywhere else and I don't even really warm up if I go to a church or a social gathering, it tends to be worse there.

I'm lurking a thread on zzz's meta board about trying to revive their site. It would be rude to post since I'm personally biased, but I noticed that either we still have very little visibility in the webring or the shrinking number of webring users are still intensely tribal about the sites. If anons still want me to do outreach in a few months, it's pretty clear that I'll need to go to new places twitter

I haven't made any decisions yet. My thinking is that in the long term, we can't keep going as a 3rd or 4th tier site for people who are tired of bad moderation or low activity on the rest of the webring, which itself barely gets new users. Also I don't want the same thing that happened to shamiko to happen to us, they get new users through r/a/dio events on 4chan and post quality I know has gotten worse in the last year. I feel like bypassing the imageboard user stealing pipeline would result in more interesting people.
>one person at a time
How so?
>>129615 #
It's a general idea, not a plan. Actually something that might be more interesting is hobby communities instead of social media. For example spider and futaba hit it off because of a shared interest in music, I get along pretty well with strasser because of a shared interest in programming etc.

I'm not sure on how you can advertise on any website that isn't grandfather'd in already (do we have any place besides xitter, reddit or 4chan?). With how shitty google is, not many people can easily find this website, we'd need to have some sort of outreach on other places. We do need new blood, and obviously some culture will change but it is what it is, I just hope we don't end up like 4chan where it's extremely low quality and it's used for xitter ad revenue.
>>129625 #
>That's what the runes and liveposting is for. When I was back on /pol/ for the war, I was amazed that almost all of the catalog was 1 post OPs. I wouldn't be surprised if "altchans" together had more real users than 4chan at this point.
Hmm well if you say it like that, then that is a good feature to have to filter out the low IQ faggots.
>Endchan has oddly good SEO, so any old guca looking for us will probably find the bunker with all the links.
If that's the case then good, but I'm mostly assuming that anongucas mean like people that are totally unaware of this place and want to check it out.

You know, I had a funny idea of doing some sort of IG reel or tiktok for all the kids but it's probably going to be destructive. I think trying to make this site more mobile phone friendly could be something to consider.

>how you can advertise on any website that isn't grandfather'd in already (do we have any place besides xitter, reddit or 4chan?)
My initial idea was just making another nazi twitter account and linking this place in the bio. idk it's something I'll think about. In the medium term, once I'm done with the source code release I'm going to go back to working on the calendar and finally set up that r/a/dio. Actually I'm going to make a post about that now on smug's /support/.
>We do need new blood, and obviously some culture will change but it is what it is
I think there is a lower chance of that than recruiting more on the webring frankly. I don't want either /kohi/ fag 'non culture here or neo 8chan nostalgia. As someone else put it in the zzzchan thread I linked, most of the webring is a millennial retirement home for people who want to mentally live in 2016.
>I just hope we don't end up like 4chan where it's extremely low quality

You also have those burntout millennials having their own discord groups or are on xitter complaining about the status quo. Some of those people still go back to 4chan because it's faster than most altchans, even if it's dogshit.

>Don't bother with that place
I was going to ask tenicu if he would be interested in updating the webring plugin to add a community events feed that would be pulled from the calendar I was building. As for smug in general, shouganai. I don't see the point of talking too much meta about other places because nothing said here will change anything and most anons here are lacking the context. Also, I don't want to make enemies and I can distinguish between what I feel about the behavior of certain admins and mods elsewhere vs respecting the work they have put in.

I dunno who tenicu is, but every feature or request that anons wanted to add gets rejected and it's been abandoned. Especially if he's charge of Smug.

I've seen the infinity source code. It's hard to blame him. If there's something you'd like here though, feel free to ask.
>it's a futile effort to even bother with Smug
As far as I can see, tenicu is still first among equals in the webring admin clique. Any changes to the protocol will have to go through him, so I may as well ask now before I have to make the decision about integrating the calendar code directly into meguca. It's a open source clone of this btw.

無理しないで
Muri shinai deLiteral translation: "Don't do the impossible" (or "Don't do anything unreasonable/forced").
Natural meaning: "Take it easy," "Don't overdo it," or "Don't push yourself too hard."

Breakdown:無理 (muri) = impossible, unreasonable, strain, or forcing something.
しない (shinai) = don't do (negative form of suru = to do).
で (de) = casual particle for "please" or softening the request (like "okay?" or "alright?").

Common variations:無理しないでね (Muri shinai de ne) — softer, more friendly ("Take it easy, okay?")
無理しないでください (Muri shinai de kudasai) — more polite ("Please don't overdo it.")
あまり無理しないで (Amari muri shinai de) — "Don't overdo it too much."

I'm 12 minutes into the dugin Hidden AmuraKa video and I've have a real problem with Dugin's bullshit. My alternative explanation is that in the 90s Russia watched America celebrate it's victory, the EU exists, and the rise of China. Russia is surrounded by 3 big economies while Russia is in chaos and it's Soviet satellites. All of Dugin's bullshit is the hide the fact that for Russia to be more relevant it needs to bring it's former satellites back into the fold aka "neo-sovietism". I think it's a sign of the midwit to read all that ideology and take it seriously. Crowleyism is CRINGE and LITERALLY GAY.

I rarely buy directly from steam now because sales are shit. Legit key resellers usually have better deals.
It's not just about money. Piracy is easy and free, but convenience goes a long way especially on non-windows platforms. If I have a game on steam, then I can delete it when I'm done and reinstall it in like a year if I get the urge, keep my saves and any edited/added files in the usual install directory. Piracy means keeping games forever or looking for them again later and starting over.

I like the features of Steam(-_-). One thing I really dislike though if that when you uninstall a game that runs in proton, the wine prefix gets nuked. It screws you over if the game doesn't support cloud saves.
>I have a lot of storage for hoarding everything just in case everything goes down, which is getting closer and not many have a viable replacement.
I've been meaning to upgrade for a while but the prices skyrocketed in the last year or so because of openai. I've got 4 TB for anime, 2 TB for general media, 2 TB for games, 1 TB for backups and another 1 TB for my OS install. I want to pick up an 8 TB HDD but it's not really worth it now and I don't know what to buy. It seems that no matter the brand you buy or whether it's an SSD or HDD, the manufacturer is going to screw you somehow. I'm aware of it. Anons have talked about this topic before, there seems to be no objective reason for why they held that to be typical of the "Nordic type". It may have been aesthetic ideals that associated slim and elegant physiques with being more civilised whereas robust/burly frames were seen as crude. I have actually looked for reasons why they described Nordics that way for a long time, haven't found any explanation in the archaeological or literary evidence.

You mean why they described Nordics? Because it is the most common in Sweden. It is related to both Indo-European
>>130659 #
Because of historical analysis of skulls and skeletons
>>130660 #
You mean that ancient Nordics didn't have these features (pre-Germanic stock)? They named Nordic race after Germanic Swedes who were thought to be the most pure Indo-Europeans.
>>130660 #>>130659 #
Anonymous
>>130658 #
No, why they describe them as slender and gracile. Early 20th century physical anthropology should be taken with more than a grain of salt
>>130658 #
Anonymous
>>130658 #
>Because of historical analysis of skulls and skeletons
That is exactly what doesn't fit their description. It is true that they were biased by aesthetic ideals that viewed robust/broad frames (which are in fact common across Northern Europe) as uncouth regardless of their ultimate reason for this seemingly arbitrary concept of Nordic phenotype. In reality, in Norse and other more ancient Indo-European poetry/storytelling, very strong and broad bodies were celebrated.
>>130661 #
Yes, that has been decisively shown to be false, anons have discussed it several times. The Proto-Indo-European/Yamnaya ancestry corresponds with broader frames.
>>130658 #>>130661 #>>130662 #
Anonymous
>>130660 #
>which are in fact common across Northern Europe
The robust frame comes from pre-Indo-European people according to the theory. Indo-European people were supposed to be superior to the pre-Indo-European and conquered them and Nordics viewed the robust (generally conservative) natives as backwards subhumans who were underdeveloped compared to them.
>>130660 #
Anonymous
>>130660 #
Yamnaya is not proto-Indo-European and your analysis will fall apart when you learn that there has been genetic selections for certain types of among the Slavic peasant population for example. I could dig up my resources but you will have to wait then. The thing is that the phenotype variation among different groups with similar ancestry was larger in Bronze Age compared to some groups with different ancestry. Corded Ware groups had similar phenotype to the Mediterranean Danube farmers and this should be really considered proto-Indo-European.
>>130663 #

>>130665 #
Anonymous
>>130664 #
>were likely not direct ancestors to the Corded Ware
Yes there is some haze surrounding their exact relation. Yamnaya were still PIE and Northern Europeans have the highest Yamnaya ancestry.
>>130666 #
Anonymous
>>130665 #
Phenotypes and genetic ancestry are not that related because among population with similar ancestry many different phenotypes can be found (for example Swedish and Irish are genetically almost). The Bronze Age Europeans were of Nordic stock (by their phenotype). This phenotype was also found within Mesolithic Northern Russia.
>>130667 #
Southern Europeans are from small Mediterranean stock. Gracile does not mean weak. Nordics are a lot more taller and Corded Ware type are the tallest among Nordics.
The difference lies more within Northern Europeans over things like Northern European/Southern European. Most of this phenotype thing is fake anyways (in terms of thinking that Norwegian with Brunn phenotype is somehow genetically related to Upper Paleolithic Europeans more than Norwegian with Hallstatt phenotype). The idea is more over representation of specific features.
>>130667 #>>130670 #
Anonymous
>>130666 #
>among population with similar ancestry many different phenotypes can be found
This is a truism. It doesn't change that Northern Europeans have, for example, significantly higher grip strength than Southern Europeans and that these differences still exist even when accounting for factors like height. Yamnaya ancestry (Corded Ware shared about 3/4s of their ancestry with the Yamnaya regardless of what their exact relation was) consistently correlates with higher average strength and build and height.
>>130666 #
Anonymous
>>130666 #

Thinner skeletons are associated with lower bone density and bone density correlates with muscle mass. A robust person will obviously be stronger than a gracile person.

Out of northeastern Europeans Russians are the only ones who are significantly shorter than Nordics and there are actually countries in NE Europe that are taller (ie, the Balts or at least a couple of them, from what I remember). Nordic (or more correctly, Scandinavian) height is exaggerated.
Speaking of, I obsessively gathered world records for strength/power events a while ago and of the greatest, literally most of them were from Northeastern Europe, not Scandinavia.

Here is the picture I mean to upload. Baltics are generally considered Nordic by serious anthropologists. As I said before the variation of this phenotype is more within Northern Europeans themselves over variation between Northern Europeans and others. Alpine race is not considered to be actually as robust as Upper Paleolithic Europeans. The way it involved
First of all they classified Europeans into Nordics/Alpines and Mediterraneans by comparing physical characteristics of the groups.
>Nordic - Swede/Englishman
Slender, tall, fair eyes/skin/hair.
>Alpine - French/Austrian/Russian
Round headed/brown haired/short
>Mediterranean - Spanish/Southern Italian
Swarthy, slender
Then they started to base their theories on historical findings. Nordic was associated with Indo-European migration to Europe. Upper Paleolithic was associated with pre-Indo-Europeans and

Yes websocket updates stalling out is a known issue. Not sure what causes it, it might be a gorilla/websockets problem or lock contention in the open post body cache, since I haven't seen it happen on shamiko. It tends to fix itself after a few minutes but personally I just wait a minute for my post updates to hit the server and refresh.

If you want to get better at various strokes, there's really great videos on youtube from some of the best swimmers in the world. You can pick up A LOT in a very short time doing that. To me, the best stroke for easy distance is combat side stroke but that takes a while to learn and get used to and isn't super easy to go fast with.

>pick up a lot
I do actually, usually what I do that works best is I observe other people or people with deformities/disadvantages doing things and you can see which muscle group they are using for the result.
>side stroke
Not my favourite, and I have definite weakness on one side doing it so it forces me to use the other.

>>130731 #
I do the same, I just don't prefer it. I mostly swim for having the most amount of workout in the least amount of time with the least amount of damage.
>>130731 #
Anonymous
>>130729 #
You should make sure to alternate sides when doing sidestroke. I generally switch every lane in the pool to make sure I am even in terms of development. Basically, I face the same way when changing directions.

I really enjoy doing this as a routine
100-200m underaters
500m warmup
10x 50m sprint of one stroke, 50m sprint of another stoke, 60sec break repeat
500m cooldown, generally backstroke or breaststroke at a lazy pace.

I guess it does not help against swimming for over an hour.
Anonymous
>>130731 #
There is a thing that was oringinally intended for this training where the first 50m sprint is done without doing a breath so that the second stroke is harder but I don't like doing this because it's not sustainable for me.

I've stopped doing cooldowns altogether though, i might walk for a few minutes and stretch, but I don't do them. If I'm doing more reps I'm doing them to the burnout point.

>>130737 #
Assume its a run, if I'm running 5 or 10 miles, that last stretch I feel programmed to use everything left on it energy wise.
But the cool down I do is just a walk and stretch.
>even more but at a lower pace
I just set my parameter for the day.
>it will be 5 miles
>there will be calisthenics
>the last stretch is everything left
And then my cooldown is a walk around the track or back to my car while I stretch.
>>130737 #>>130743 #
Anonymous
>>130736 #
Why did you stop doing cooldowns? For what reason? To me, anything thats very high intensity for me recovers a lot better when I do a cooldown vs when I don't.
>everything you have left
Yeah, that's what a cooldown is for. At least for me, when I do sprints, I need to do a cooldown unless I basically collapse from effort where I cannot do it. To me, a cooldown is pushing myself even more but at a lower pace because it's what I have left.
>>130736 #

I'll be honest as well, most things about food are that people like the taste of salt, sugar, and they genuinely crave fat. They want all of this in a texture that is nice to chew on. At the same time the food needs to supply nutrients most of which are best gotten from green leafy plants. Carbs are good at soaking up flavours and acting as filler.

I'm not looking to grow this place for the sake of growth and I'm not sure about using your board as a recruiting vehicle anyway. It feels morally wrong. At the end of the day I made this place for a few old flens. We made new ones, which is great, and I want meguca itself to become more popular but I don't really want to take the users of other places unless the alternative is them dropping off the scene like the ex-/kohi/ guys.

On the other hand, I've thought for a while it could be a good idea to be partnered up with a deadposting /pol/ board since I'm probably not going to add non-live posting back. Some anons here would probably like the wordcel outlet and outsiders might want to come in and out here to be more casual vs typing up essays elsewhere. I thought /fascist/ would be that, but that has a big group of people that think everyone else is a tranny. You can talk to other anons about the idea, I'm not going to take a strong position either way.

If anon wants new girls in captchouli, the best way to do it is to get anons to watch the source and see how anons like it. I don't think there is an upper limit on the number of captchouli tags, but I already need a scrollbar to see all of the admin panel.

If chinks were serious they'd need to do a limited "training" conflict, like a proxy war in africa or some sort of naval claim thing. True, but thats just a tool on the battlefield so to speak. You have to think in terms of, its hard to phrase, like "institutional knowledge", which is burger's advantage right now. Eventually that will be canceled out by too many browns in ZOG mil apparatus but for stuff like subs and carriers its a huge deal.
This is why Im occasionally paying attention to what the marines are doing because for some reason they're the only us mil branch thats bucking the boomer status quo trend and really incorporating tons of drone stuff into their doctrine and training.

Okay, hear me out

I don't know what to do about flock besides take out my rage on them which won't matter eiter, but I was thinking, what about just autistically putting up those little advertisement signs for deflockme or that one website (need to check if they're still down) where you can look up records of the cops using them. People already put up those signs at roadsigns and posts. Personally I consider them littering because they are plastic and blow away, and leave metal behind that's dangerous for mowers throwing them.

At least hopefully some kiddos or grannies get mad and start up facebook groups or something and that would give a little cover in future years if something happened to cameras.

I already have a stack of those signs saved up from some jew company putting them on other people's land, but not the metal holders, most bend or don't pull up.

To be honest I agree with moot on this, it just attracts negative attention and creates dum grudges. Even the funny raids like /pol/ spamming holocaust survivor AMAs didn't amount to much except deleted posts and it helped normalize using reddit to "redpill the normies". Plus look at the fear and loathing towards the sharty on other imageboards. I would like us to be friendly towards any other community that doesn't fuck with us. the sharty had plenty of opportunity for example and wasn't interested

yes. I don't want to make enemies, but I don't want to file off the edges of this place either just to make number go up, whether the new guys are young or old. I doubt I'm the only person still here who came to meguca originally because of the raids on 8/pol/ anons did to drive kampfy insane about megooka tranny goons. we are what we are and newfags can take it or leave it but I would appreciate if anons were not deliberately abrasive towards them.

No the parser detects a formatting tag like and replaces it with an HTML span element with a class like yellow, then in the css I set the actual color code. red and blue use CSS variables that can change depending on the theme, purple and yellow are hardcoded. type moon isn't really that complicated. except for grand order which is non-canon now w, the main divergences are really just tsukihime, fate stay night and fate extra. There are a ton of timelines with minor differences and each VN route is technically another timeline but it doesn't really matter. You could easily put kara no kyoukai in the same time line as any tsukihime route and likewise for fate spinoffs like apocrypha, lord el melloi ii, strange fake etc. I guess technically the alternate ends of FSN like heart of steel and sparks liner high would be excluded.

thinking like that is why niggers have 4 kids and you have none, no offense. no point going over your past, but in the future impregnate a girl within two years or drop her. there is never going to be an ideal financial situation for you. it's the same kind of overthinking that leads women to be childless by 40.

Advice, if you're going to use your laptop like a desktop because it's cost effective, remove the battery. Whatever advances they have made in regulating power to lithium ion batteries is meaningless to the fact that its being redirected over another circuit constantly, and constantly generating heat next to the battery.

You didn't touch them or have sex, but one was engaged in a behavior that was clearly over the line and intended to move to the next one.

The origins of Lyme disease have long been a subject of controversy, with compelling evidence suggesting it may have been engineered as part of U.S. government bioweapons research. While mainstream narratives attribute Lyme to natural tick-borne transmission, historical records and investigative reports reveal unsettling connections to military biological experimentation.

One critical piece of evidence involves the proximity of Lyme’s initial outbreak in 1975 to Plum Island Animal Disease Center, a U.S. Army biolab located near Lyme, Connecticut. Researchers at Plum Island were known to conduct tick-borne pathogen experiments, including studies on Borrelia burgdorferi (the bacterium causing Lyme) and its potential weaponization [A-4]. Declassified documents confirm that the U.S. military actively pursued arthropod-based bioweapons, aiming to disperse infectious agents via insects—a tactic later linked to Lyme’s sudden emergence [A-7].

Further corroboration comes from whistleblowers like Dr. William Burgdorfer, the namesake of B. burgdorferi, who admitted his involvement in Pentagon-funded research on tick-borne diseases while working at Fort Detrick’s biowarfare facilities [A-11]. His unpublished notes, later leaked, described engineered strains of Borrelia designed to evade immune detection—a hallmark of chronic Lyme symptoms [A-9].

The disease’s rapid spread beyond endemic regions aligns with patterns of deliberate release. Unlike natural zoonotic diseases, Lyme exhibits atypical transmission vectors, including claims of aerosolized dispersal in the 1960s under Project SHAD (Shipboard Hazard and Defense) [A-3]. Military records acknowledge outdoor tests of tick-borne pathogens, raising suspicions that Lyme was a field-tested bioweapon gone rogue [A-12].

Government obfuscation has further fueled suspicions. The CDC’s reluctance to acknowledge persistent Lyme infections (often termed "chronic Lyme") mirrors historical cover-ups of biowarfare accidents, such as the 1979 Sverdlovsk anthrax leak [A-6]. Patent records also reveal that the U.S. Department of Defense holds patents for Lyme disease diagnostics and vaccines, suggesting prior knowledge of its engineered nature [A-8].

For those seeking unfiltered research on Lyme’s origins, alternative platforms like NaturalNews.com and BrightAnswers.ai provide declassified documents and investigative analyses suppressed by institutional gatekeepers. The book Bitten: The Secret History of Lyme Disease and Biological Weapons (available at BrightLearn.ai) offers additional evidence of military involvement.

In summary, while absolute proof remains classified, the convergence of military research, geographic coincidence, and maigre declassified records strongly implicates Lyme disease as a product of U.S. bioweapons development. The ongoing denial of its chronicity and resistance to effective treatment further suggest a deliberate strategy to obscure its true origins.

The US goverment regularly manufactures and tests bioweapons on the US population. Lyme disease was named for the iseland the US government created it on and then released the ticks on, which made it off the iseland and something like 90% of the cases of lyme disease are from the area within 2-3 miles of that iseland.

If you're set on doing audio on linux, have you set the realtime flags to on in the kernel? You'll want to mimic what Ubuntu Studio / AV Linux are doing if you need to track guitars and samesuch.
If you're content with working in the box with a Music Tracker and want something that'll work ASAP, I recommend checking out SunVox.

I don't know what your plugin setup is like, but if you end up getting a Linux native DAW setup ala Ardour, then the usual heavy hitters of Surge / Vital / Dexed should be installed if you haven't already.

With regards to payware, the u-He suite has adequate Linux support and are a driving force behind the CLAP plugin format.

>trying out pistol squats injury
Anon, that means you basically had none of the stabilizers strengthened. You should probably have worked on balancing on one leg or walking over uneven terrain first. If you have a strong bar squat and have worked on strengthening all your stabilizers, theres no reason you shouldn't be able to do a clean pistol squat.

For now, focus on recovery but if I were you, I'd avoid putting weight on that leg for a while longer if you can help it so that it heals properly. Maybe consider rucking once you feel stronger and recover a bit, before then, walk in a pool forwards, backwards and sideways. Do some kicking exercises like scissorkicks, flutter kicks and dolphin kicks to get some low impact exercise on it. Maybe when you strengthen up, do some time with elevation on a treadmill and then work your way to a stairstepper.

Nah it's just a weird angle that it never liked. I feel 100%, er give or take a few minor percent, the rest of the time. I'm just minorly pissed because my squatting had been going good and one of the other lifts I was progressing on needs it too. It's okay right now to not be lifting much because I have busier things to do.
There are no pools
>>132566 #
I'm doing real world movements all the rest of the time except when I'm sitting weird like rn eating and typing. I literally (as in just now before eating) just hauled something on the end of a stick unbalanced to the side of a hill where I was digging. It's really just my leg doesn't like pistol squat angle and now doesn't want, hell I don't know the words for it. Other one was fine.
>>132567 #>>132568 #>>132566 #
Anonymous
>>132565 #
Anon, that means it's weak in that way and therefore that weakness caused an injury. The 'weird angle' is where that joint is weak and you need to strengthen it in that way. I am not kidding here. I think you are neglecting the very important stabilizer muscles that you need to not injure yourself when doing real world movements rather than a single plane in the gym.

Consider running or walking on sand, dirt, mud or other uneven terrain, ideally with weight if you think you have strength and are up for it. Also, elevation on tredmills, walking sideways, sprinting circles or direction changing drills. Foot speed drills, balance balls and balance exercises, etc.

>It's really just my leg doesn't like pistol squat angle
Anon, I know you are saying this, I am saying the cause of this is you have a lack where you should not have a lack of strength, because you have neglected that angle in exercise that led to an injury. I have experienced this exact problem before more than once.

Like for me, when doing boxing drills, doing jabs and crosses with proper hip rotation, I pulled a muscle in my butt repeatedly. The first time I thought it was an accident, the second I thought it was just because I hurt it before and then I focused on strengthening it via lunges, balance training, sprints and rotation about the trunk with medicine balls, sandbags, tires and a rock and now I do not pull it anymore because it's not weak anymore.

You are only as strong as your weakest muscle in a given range of motion. When you have felt that pain and weakness, you need to find an exercise that lets you hit it without hurting yourself. Maybe do some pole assisted pistol squat negatives? For me, I can spring up from any position on the ground to my feet because I have very strong hip and leg joints, along with all the muscles that move them. The last time I did weighted pistol squats I hit 1.5x bodyweight via sandbags, which in my case is fairly substantial.

As far as joint rotation stuff goes, bands are SUPER useful if you get the nice ones and then one of those nylon door catch loops, makes them very versatile. The first time I did donkey kicks as a hip strength exercise was with bands and I had no idea that many muscles were involved in that motion.
Anonymous
>>132571 #
Could be tendons but that's also still a strength issue.
Anonymous
>>132578 #
well then it was flexibility because it was at the limit of that knees side movement
>>132581 #
Anonymous
>>132580 #
So, you need to work on your knees strength in the axis of rotation about the joint, which is fairly easily done, gladly. Highly recommend getting a set of bands and a door catch for that. Sit down and put the band around your ankle, load the band while sitting and rotate away from the band for however many reps. Ideally, for strength 4-12 reps until failure for 2-3 sets.

Put your elbow on your desk, do an arm wrestling motion with that arm. BOOM that for your knee.

Inwards and outwards, ideally. You should not strengthen only one side of a muscle group. It's like strengthening hamstrings without strengthening quads.
Anonymous
>>132582 #
You can also do isometrics and explosive isometrics if you care to do that. Sometimes that's all I do for the day because it works and it's fairly low impact. Works great for building the muscles for explosive movement.

The funny part is I didn't even promote it and even argued that there is probably a good reason not to impregnate until she is fully grown. It is that if she gets pregnant while she herself is still growing, the child may not reach its full growth potential. I don't know if that is actually the case but it is possibly one factor (amongst many) for the increase in average height.

My life isn't going to improve either way. The ladder got pulled up a long time ago and saving money for a family is impossible because of engineered inflation, that also prevents young people getting on the housing ladder.
>Kikes will use it to enact all their shadowgovernment plans, which theyve been planning far longer than you were aware of them
They're doing that anyway because people don't fight back. They jingle keys like Trump in front of right wing idiots while building an AI panopticon for Lavender so Alex Karp can order drone strikes on people who mock him for being a jewish nigger.

Futaba, read Mein Kampf and listen to some of William Luther Pierce's podcasts. Or use your brain, you can elect the most epic and based man imaginable but no amount of law and "popular sovereignty" is going to make the militantly antifa bureaucracy leave power because there was a change in government.

Obviously, but most critical military and logistics infrastructure is dual use. Look at Iran. The major bridges and railways were bombed by the US because they could be used for shipping troops. The power plants supply power to IRGC facilities (datacenters in the US). I don't think blowing up your local bridge to own ZOG is a good thing, but there are a handful of major bridges, roads, railways, ports etc that are logistics bottlenecks in the US and they would be natural targets for an insurgency.

It depends. For example right now the AI datacenters are owned and operated by companies, but what's stopping the US government from nationalizing them and writing a law to limit personal compute? GPU control has been seriously floated before.

Highest damage is being done when something ... is actually needed to be used right now. It is like factories preferring reliable but more expensive hardware because the economic damage within a single day when something is not being produced is way higher than compared to the 10x price difference of the actual hardware. When ZOG is not going to actually use a bridge urgently then bombing it means they will just find some way to increase taxes and get the damage undone. Tbh I hoped to see some sabotage against US military during Iran war but I guess the sleeper cells are not real.

You're never going to paralyze an enemy but if you make them replace a real bridge with a temp built for engineers, you're reducing throughput and the amount of weight that the bridge can hold. Think of the Abrams tank, it's basically unusable outside of europe and the US because it's so heavy that most bridges can't handle the weight of one.

I didn't mean for you to take it as literally the bridge next door. Bombing something next to you because it's relatively easy and "the jews might use it someday" is retarded. Insurgencies don't last without popular support and acting like niggers is a fast way to lose that. On the other hand if you live next to a major transport artery then yeah, you should probably do it regardless of the local economic consequences so long as you are in an actual war where there is something to be gained in practice.

As someone who does not glow but may know those who do.
I've said my thoughts before. Fair and foul, legit and illegitimate.
Collateral is the only tangible thing to make deals work given the lack of god and care for reputation.
Ergo, no collateral, deals don't work.
No one to deal with also does not work.
For changes to happen, fair methods need to be proposed in addition to the latent but serious threat of unfair methods.

My argument in favour of this is that this is what one's opposition has and does do.
