MMA destroyed the soyjak marital artist.

What I don't like about this movie is that it feels like it tries too hard to intentionally be dumb fun and it's kind of obnoxious

>badass with akimo revolvers

Also, we should watch Kurt Russells movie Overboard.

I'm surprised the libs haven't called this movie out for it's fu manchu "racism".

>comedy
Yes but it's different. He tricks a rich hoe with amnesia that she is his wife to help him with his 4 boys because he's a widower.
Anonymous
>Jack Burton, who is portrayed as a bumbling, overconfident sidekick who thinks he is the main hero
Oh. It all makes sense now. That actually makes this movie very funny.
Anonymous
Burton is the hero though.
Anonymous
Strasser would be the kind of guy to mistake himself as the hero MC so he doesn't get the humour of Kurt Russell's role, lmao

Then how come the asian incels got out of the way of the truck? Their magic is bullshit.
Anonymous
How is Russell not the hero?

>kukris are from china
has this even been fact checked?
did such technology even exist back in the 70's?
Anonymous
I think the small kurkris are cool but if they used normal sized kukris, the tiny gooks couldn't properly weild them. Having handled them, I am very surprised ghurkas can swing them regularly as a tool.
Anonymous
Russell in this movie is actually Strasser's character
Anonymous
This movie is about being an irony poisoned liberal mocking prole masculinity.

I get the humor, it's wasp self hating bullshit, that's why burton is the butt of the joke. Fuck Carpenter. He sperged out in 2016 over Trump's candidacy.

A movie was a lot of reading and paying attention. This is action sillyness.

Why would they let the distance be closed when they have guns?
Anonymous
>>142193 #
>shorter
No, it's called pacing and the mummy is much better paced.
Anonymous
This movie is WASP irony poisoning, that's why anons are having issues with it.
Anonymous
I have sparred with women and they are MUCH weaker than men. Even if they have a severe skill superiority, the average man can just overpower them in a way that overcomes a skill.

I could never curl my way out of an armbar done by a man but more than once I have done so against women.
Anonymous

I'm sure this is realistic

There are more like this with guns and it's just as painful there if you are skilled, although less obvious.

YOU WILL COME OUT NO MORE
Anonymous
>>142220 #
The lack of gun skills and realism in films is at least widely noticeable to anyone who knows how they work
But as a dedicated sword weeb I just wish the directors would have realized that moving normal pace with those cheap light blades and speeding it up in post-production would have looked better than flailing
But then again WASP boy is still waving around his single magazine like he didn't already empty the clip 30 minutes ago

>real sparring
Yeah if you have participated in or watched current hema at any real level, the speed they go is faster than ever shown in movies, even when they're supposed to be going
>fast
The same exact thing is true with guns. Real speed is not only obtainable IRL but is faster and more accurate when there is sufficent skill. Your average A level USPSA shooter can hit a headshot at 25 yards and farther without issue. Seen more than one make that shot at 100 yards, which I can only do with good ammo.

For those that don't know or understand, deltaforce is only about the level of an A class shooter, whereas their head instructor is a GM or M. If you make it to M or GM or the equivalent you're better than all but their best.
